Unfortunately, we do not have wine glasses in store, so we do not permit customers to bring their own wine for dine-in. We have a good selection of sake should customers wish to drink at our restaurants.
No, Ichiban Boshi is not halal-certified. While some of our dishes may not contain pork or lard, we might use ingredients like mirin, a Japanese rice wine. Hence, Ichiban Boshi is not halal-certified.
